30-Day Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is free for U.S. orders.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We'll ship your exchange for free.
What Can't Be Returned:
- Custom or personalized items (engraved, custom-sized, etc.)
- Items showing signs of wear
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at support@flawlessjewelrydesigns.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Drop it off at any USPS location
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return needed.
